Community
At Connect we passionately believe that we have an obligation to give back to the community that we live and work in.
You will find Connect volunteering for many local not for profit organisations like local chambers of commerce, Sporting clubs and Charities. We believe that our staff should be involved in as many volunteer organisations as possible.
Connect established their "Community Fund" specifically to give back to the local community.
Our Community Fund
We launched our community fund in 2016 as an initiative to give back to the local communities we live in.
During the year we allocate $5 from every tax return fee we receive to our community fund. In addition to this we donate any commissions we receive for referrals.
At Connect we don’t believe in profiting from the referral of services that our clients need. We refer clients to other providers for the genuine benefit of our client, rather than for a profit-making purpose.
Our community fund is used to make donations to local charities or not for profit organizations. We seek feedback from our clients about where they would like to see those funds directed.
